摘要：慕课遇到的课程版权归属趋于复杂化、合理使用规则适用受阻、对授权许可需求增多等法律问题,提供了图书馆为其开展版权服务的支点。我国图书馆为慕课提供版权服务受到立法滞后、版权信息系统和授权机制不健全、版权替代资源建设薄弱等因素的制约,服务的切入点包括:建立版权管理组织,培养版权管理团队;嵌入慕课教学活动,了解和掌握慕课的版权特征与版权保护的规律性;同版权中介管理组织建立业务联系,适度开展版权清理、授权、结算活动;搜集、组织、整合、揭示版权替代资源;制定并完善慕课版权政策,从事版权教育,对师生利用版权的行为进行指导等。
Curriculum copyright MOOC encountered tends to be complex, the rational use of rules applicable to suffocate, License to increased demand for legal issues such as the fulcrum, the library provides services for the development of copyright. Restricting China＇s library to provide service for the MOOC by copyright legislation lags behind, the copyright information system and authorization mechanism is not perfect, the copyright of alternative resources construction of weak factors such as the breakthrough point of service, including： the establishment of copyright management organization, the cultivation of copyright management team, embedded MOOC teaching activities, characteristics and regularity of copyright protection knowledge and master the MOOC, to establish business relations with copyright intermediary management organization, to carry out clean, moderate copyright,authorization,settlement,collection,organization,integration, revelation of copyright replacement resource, to develop and consummate the copyright policy, to engage in copyright education, guidance and the use of copyright behavior etc.
