摘要：以河南封丘金银花品种带腋芽茎段为外植体建立无菌体系,通过不同的灭菌剂进行时间和浓度梯度的对比,以及两种灭菌剂混合使用对外植体进行灭菌处理,得出最佳灭菌组合:先用75%的酒精灭菌45 s,然后用0.15%HgCl2灭菌8 min。
The stems with axillary buds of Henan Fengqiu Lonicera japonica Thunh were taken as explants to build aseptic system . This experiment use different disinfectant at different time and concentration to treat explant, and the result showed that the best method is using 75% ethanol for 45s at first and following with 0.15 % HgCl2 for 8min.
