摘要：澳大利亚著作权制度的调整对图书馆产生了深刻的影响。总的认为,澳大利亚著作权法的变动较充分地考虑了公共利益,其中对图书馆豁免的立法体现出了自己的特色,使图书馆使用著作权有了更加科学的程序与规范。
The adjustment of Australia copyright system has compound influnance on libraries. Generally the changes thoroughly take into account of public interests that embodies its own characteristics on library exemption, then the libraries could make use of copyright more scientifically and more effectivelly.
