摘要:The In2O3 nanowires (NWs) were prepared by chemical vapour deposition. The lattice structure, composition, chemical valences and photoelectron chemical activity of the NWs were investigated. The lattice structure analysis shows the diameter of In2O3 NWs is about 150 nm and length ranging is from tens to hundreds with preferred growing direction along the [100]. The analysis of composition displays that lots of defects exist in In2O3 NWs, which are caused for incomplete oxidation in the process of crystal growth. The NWs structure can lover the band gap of In2O3, which further improves photoelectron chemical activity.
