摘要:以6061铝合金为基体,在由钛盐和氟化钠组成的转化液中制得无铬转化膜。以盐雾试验后试样未腐蚀面积为指标,采用正交试验研究了转化液的组成和工艺条件对氟钛酸盐转化膜耐蚀性的影响。优化后氟钛酸盐转化工艺参数为:钛盐1.5g/L,氟化钠3g/L,H2O21.5mL/L,转化时间10min,处理液pH=5.0。
A chromium-free conversion coating on 6061 aluminum substrate was prepared from a conversion solution containing titanate and sodium fluoride.The uncorroded area fraction of the sample after salt spray test was served as the index to study the effect of the composition of conversion solution and process parameters on the corrosion resistance of conversion coating.The optimized process parameters of fluorine-titanate conversion are as follow:titanium salt 1.5g/L,sodium fluoride 3g/L,hydrogen peroxide 1.5mL/L,normal temperature,pH=5.0,and conversion time 10min.
