摘要:采用真空悬浮熔炼法制备了Tm_2(Co_(1-x)Fe_x)_(17)(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)化合物。用X射线衍射仪和振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究了封管退火后化合物的晶体结构和磁性。X射线衍射结果表明,化合物都具有单相Th_2Ni_(17)六方结构,属于P63/mmc空间群;Fe元素对Co元素的替代不改变化合物的晶体结构;晶格常数a、c和晶胞体积V都随着Fe含量的增加而增大。磁性测量结果表明,Tm_2(Co_(1-x)Fe_x)_(17)化合物的饱和磁化强度Ms随Fe含量的增加而增大;化合物的各向异性场H_A先增大后减小,x=0.3时达到最大值4.8 T。合适的Fe元素替代可改善化合物的磁性能。
The Tm2(Co(1-x)Fex)(17)(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) compounds were prepared by means of vacuum suspension smelting.The crystal structure and magnetic properties of the annealed compounds were investigated by X-ray diffraction and vibriting sample magnetometer. The results indicate that all samples are single phase compounds with hexagonal Th2Ni(17) type structure and space group P63/mmc; the substitution of partial Co by Fe does not lead to a change of crystal structure;the lattice parameters a, c and the cell volume V increase monotonically with the increase of Fe content. The magnetization saturation Ms intends to a linear increase, the anisotropy field HAincreases first, and then decreases with the increase of Fe content, the maximum value of the HA is 4.8 T at x=0.3. The suitable substitution of Co by Fe can improve the magnetic properties of the compounds.
