摘要：进入新世纪以来,我国传统的高校德育体系面临新的价值观念与新的行为方式的挑战,无论是德育内容、德育手段都日益显得陈旧过时。高校德育方针的制定者与实施者应该认真研究新的社会、新的学生、新的思想潮流,培养新的观念、拓展新的途径、探索新的方法,从多个角度重新构建一套高效的高校德育理论与实践体系。
In the 21st century,the traditional moral education system in colleges and universities has been facing the challenges of new values and new ways of act.The content and methods of moral education are becoming out-of-date and less effective.The designers and the performers of moral education policy in colleges and universities are supposed to carry out a thorough investigation of the new society,new students and new streams,cultivate new perception,explore new methods,build new theories,and establish an highly-effective theoretical and practical system of moral education in colleges and universities.
