摘要:以金银花为实验材料,为获取金银花中绿原酸提取的最优工艺条件。在单因素实验的基础上,选择提取温度、液料比(V_水/M(金银花))、提取时间为影响因素,以绿原酸提取率为响应值,采用Box-Behnken实验设计对提取工艺建立数学模型进行响应面分析。结果表明,绿原酸最佳提取工艺为:提取时间34.30 min,提取温度81℃,提取液料比24.2,绿原酸提取率为4.38%,较未优化时提高12.31%。
In this paper,honeysuckle was used as the experimental material to obtain the optimum technique of extraction of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle. On the basis of single-factor test,the extraction temperature,liquid-to-material ratio(Vwater/Mhoneysuckle)and extraction time were selected as the influencing factors;the chlorogenic acid extraction rate was selected as the response value,and the Box-Behnken experimental design was used to establish the mathematical model of extraction process for the response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimum extraction process of chlorogenic acid was :extraction time 34.30 min,extraction temperature 81℃ and extraction liquid-to-material ratio 24.2,the chlorogenic acid extraction rate was 4.38%,which increased 12.31% compared to unoptimized one.
