摘要:以苯甲酸甲酯和苯乙酮为原料,甲醇钠作碱,活性炭为脱色剂,二甲苯为溶剂,合成得到高纯度(99.5%)的二苯甲酰甲烷。产品结构经IR、1H NMR和13C NMR表征。和传统文献中报道的后处理脱色方法不同,本研究在反应液中直接加入活性炭,实现反应和脱色同步,提高了产品纯度,简化了产品后处理程序。
With methylbenzoate and acetophenone as raw material, sodium methoxide as alkali,activated carbon as decoloringagent, xylene as solvent, dibenzoyl methane of high purity (99.5%) was made. Its product structure has been characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. Unlike conventional post-processing decoloring methods, activated carbon was directly added into the reaction liquid, which achieved synchronization of reaction and decoloration. The product purity has been improved and the post-processing procedures have been simplified.
