摘要:研究了间硝基氯磺酚与钒的显色反应。试验表明,以六次甲基四胺为缓冲溶液,钒(Ⅴ)与间硝基氯磺酚能形成稳定的络合物,其最大吸收波长λmax=625nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.69×104,钒(Ⅴ)与间硝基氯磺酚的络合比为1∶3,钒含量在0~21mg/25L范围内符合比尔定律,用本法测定合金钢中的钒,结果令人满意。
The colour reaction of vanadium with m-Nitro-Sulfochlorophenol has been investigated.It is shown that in hexamethylenetetramine medium vanadium can form a stable complex with m-Nitro-Sulfochlorophenol and the ratio of the complex was found to be 1∶3.The maximum absorption of the complex is at 625nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 3.69×10.4.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~21μg V/25mL.The method can be used for the determination of vanadium in alloy steel with satisfactory results.
