摘要:制造低温压力容器过程中,经常会出现不同钢材焊接接头低温韧性不达标的问题。为了改善工作于低温环境的压力容器用低合金低温钢、镍合金钢和铬镍奥氏体不锈钢的焊接接头低温韧性,而采取改进焊接材料、严格控制焊接工艺的措施。并指出研究工作于低温环境的压力容器用焊接材料的必要性。
During manufacturing process of low temperature pressure vessels,the issue which low temperature toughness of steel welded joints is below quality was often found.Measures of improving for low temperature toughness by selecting the welding materials and strictly controlling the welding process for welded joints of low temperature low-alloy steel,nickel alloy steel and chrome-nickel austenitic stainless steel for low temperature pressure vessels were summed up.The importance of researching welding material of low temperature pressure vessel is pointed out.
