摘要:为了探讨在真空冷冻干燥过程中,干燥阶段温度参数对冻干制品品质的影响,以猪主动脉为研究对象,通过改变一次、二次干燥温度,并结合脱水率、外观形态、力学性能测试等,以期获得最优的温度参数。实验结果表明,当一次干燥温度为-20℃,二次干燥温度为10℃时,冻干样品的综合表现最优。
In order to explore the influence of temperature parameters in drying stage on the quality of freeze-dried products in the process of freeze-drying,this paper took porcine aorta as the research object,hoping to obtain the optimal temperature parameters by changing the primary and secondary drying temperatures,combined with dehydration rate,appearance and mechanical properties testing.The results show that when the first drying temperature is-20℃and the second drying temperature is 10℃,the overall performance of the freeze-dried sample is the best.
