摘要：图书馆提供链接服务导致的著作权侵权纠纷诉讼案件屡次发生,受到了社会的广泛关注。明晰图书馆链接服务的法律责任能够使图书馆有效防范和化解法律风险,以便其为读者开展更好的信息服务。对于著作权保护问题,图书馆应正确理解法律法规的内涵,评估链接服务的法律风险,认真遵循链接服务的规范,履行相关的合理注意义务,注重对证据的获取与保全。
Link services provided by libraries have led the copyright infringement lawsuit which often happens, and it has been widespread concerned in society. Clearing the legal liability of link services in libraries could make libraries effectively guard against and defuse the legal risk, in order to carry out better information services for readers. For the problem of the copyright protection, the library should correctly understand the connotation of laws and regulations, evaluate the legal risk of risk services, carefully follow the standard of link services, perform the reasonable attention obligation, and pay attention to the acqui- sition and preservation of evidences.
