摘要:This paper studies empirically factors affecting online luxury shopping behavior in China Energy Filed. A model is developed and tested empirically to find out meaningful relationships among those variables. Results imply that online luxury shopping providers can use social media tools, increase positive emotions in shopping and build up social factors. It is also found that trust is a factor affecting social media, social factor and affect. ? Sila Science.
