摘要:镁合金具有优良的理化性能和机械性能,近年来,随着金属镁的提取和加工技术的发展,镁及镁合金得到了广泛的应用.但是,镁合金作为一种结构材料,抗腐蚀能力差,限制了它的广泛应用.提升镁及镁合金的抗腐蚀性能是研究者广泛关注的热点问题,而在介质中添加缓蚀剂是目前镁合金防腐中最常用,也是最有效且最简便的方法.在镁合金材料的环境介质中添加缓蚀剂由于具有不需要特殊的附加设备,又易于操作、保护效果好等特点而受到广泛的关注,是目前镁合金防腐研究的重点方向.本文按照镁合金缓蚀剂的化学组成进行分类讨论,综述了无机缓蚀剂、有机缓蚀剂与复合缓蚀剂的研究进展,并对它们的缓蚀机理进行了总结,最后对镁合金缓蚀剂的研究现状和发展趋势进行了展望.
Magnesium alloys have excellent physical and chemical properties and mechanical properties.In recent years,with the development of extraction and processing technology of metal magnesium, magnesium and magnesium alloys have been widely used.However,as a structural material,the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy is poor,which seriously limits its application.The corrosion resistant properties of magnesium and magnesium alloy is a hot problem widely concerned by researchers,and adding corrosion inhibitor in the medium is the most commonly used,the most effective and simple anticorrosion method in magnesium alloy.When the corrosion inhibitor is added to the ambient medium of magnesium alloy material,the operation is easy,and the protective effect is good,meanwhile no special additional equipment is needed,so the research of corrosion inhibitor has attracted wide attention.In this paper,the magnesium alloy corrosion inhibitors have been discussed according to the chemical composition.The research progress of inorganic corrosion inhibitor,organic corrosion inhibitor and compound corrosion inhibitor was reviewed.The inhibition mechanism of corrosion inhibitor was summarized,and the research status and development trend of magnesium alloy corrosion inhibitor was prospected.
