摘要："新常态"标志着我国进入一个经济增速趋稳与人民财富增加的新阶段。以马克思主义财富观为视角,可以更深刻地理解"新常态"的伟大意义。马克思认为财富不是物,而是人的本质的外化。财富是物对于人的有用性,而非物的消耗。资本主义的经济理论认为财富仅限于物,其生产方式推动了生产力的迅速发展,但产能过剩是其无法解决的困局。受到对GDP等经济指标认识的局限,我国在发展中也出现了产能过剩问题。正确认识"新常态"的伟大意义,能够发挥我们的制度优势,摆脱产能过剩的困局,真正实现人民财富的增长。
＂New Normal＂signifies that China has entered into a new phase with stabilization of economic growth and increasing of people＇s wealth. By the perspective of Marxist concept of wealth, we can understand the great significance of ＂New Normal＂more deeply. Marx believed that wealth is not material, but outside of human nature.Wealth is usefulness of matter for people, rather than material consumption. In the logic of capitalism, the wealth only means the material. Its production promotes the rapid development of productive force but cannot resolve the dilemma of over-capacity of production. Being limited in the understanding of economic indicators such as GDP, we also meet the over-capacity of production in development. By correctly understanding the great significance of＂New Normal＂, we can bring our system＇s superiority into full play,get rid of the dilemma of over-capacity of production and achieve growth of the people of wealth really.
