摘要:金属表面硅烷化处理技术具有绿色环保、步骤简单、能耗小等优点,形成的硅烷膜缺陷少、结合力强、耐蚀性能好,具有与铬钝化膜相当的抗腐蚀性。但是单一的硅烷膜一旦受到机械损伤,就会失去对金属基体应有的保护。主要从稀土、钼酸盐、氟钛(锆)酸盐等方面介绍了目前国内外常用的金属表面硅烷化处理的改性方法,重点介绍了不同金属稀土对硅烷化处理技术的改性研究,并对稀土-硅烷膜的缓蚀机理进行了初步探讨,对硅烷化处理技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
Silane treatment of metal surface technology has the advantages of environmental protection, simple step, low energy consumption and so on. Silane film formed on the metal surface, has the advantages of few defects, strong adhesion and good corrosion resistance, which has the equivalent corrosion resistance as the chromium passivation film. However, once the silane film is damaged, the silane film will lose its proper protection to the metal substrate. In this paper, the commonly modification methods of silane treatment of metal surface used at home and abroad were introduced, including the rare earth, molybdate, fluoride titanium (zirconium) acid salt and so on. The focus was on the modifica- tion of rare earth metal on the surface of different silane treatment technology. Besides, the corrosion inhibition mechanism of rare earth silane film was discussed and the development trend of silanization processing technology in the future was prospected.
