摘要：随着中国政治、经济、文化领域的不断完善和发展,高等教育的大众化程度也不断提高。新形势下,高师院校英语专业学生的就业环境和就业形势发生了很大改变,学生就业意愿与现实需求出现较大脱节现象,就业问题愈加突显。因此,如何缓和学生主观要求与社会需求间的矛盾愈来愈成为当前突出的社会问题。
With the development of Politics, economy and culture, the popularization o{ higher edu- cation is becoming deeper and deeper. In the new situation, the employment environment and conditions have changed a lot, and there is a gap between English majors＇ employment wills and social needs. How to alleviate the contradiction between graduates＇ wills and social needs is a prominent issue currently.
