摘要：图书馆开展链接服务所引发的著作权利益冲突和矛盾凸显了图书馆工作者认真学习、正确理解、科学运用法律法规的必要性与现实意义。本文通过对立法现状的分析,以及对图书馆界内外诸多链接服务侵权纠纷案件经验教训的归纳、梳理和总结,提出图书馆从事链接服务应当注意的主要问题和应遵循的法律规则。
The copyright interest conflicts and contradictions caused by library link service highlight the necessity and realistic significance for li- brarian＇s seriously studying, correctly understanding and scientifically using of laws and regulations. Based on the analysis of the current situation of lawmaking, this article points out some main problems to be avoid and legal rules to be followed in the practice of link service.
