摘要：根据公路养护管理系统中所采用HDM4分析预测模型对数据的要求，给出了一种数据处理的方法并编程实现，从而为公路建设的管理者和决策者提供直观、可靠、及时和有效的管理手段。便于做出相应的决策。
According to the requests that be adapted in the HDM4 analysis forecasting model in the management system of road maintenance, we developed a data process method and software that will improve the credibility and efficiency of the road constructor＇s decisions.
