摘要：营养与健康课程对于增加大学生营养知识与提高国民营养的意识,有重要作用。文章围绕优化教学内容、改进教学方法、改革作业方式等对教学进行探讨和思考,并提出一些建议,取得较好的教学效果,受到广大师生的好评。
Nutrition and health course can improve the nutriology of college and enhance the overall quality of nutrition.The paper focused on the teaching reform of curriculum.From the aspects of optimizing teaching content,improving teaching methods and reforming the type of homework,the paper explored and pondered over the teaching reform of nutrion and health course,and offered some rationalization suggestions.
