摘要:基于运动合成原理,分析了分离型纵-扭复合超声铣削加工的运动特点,阐明了其具有降低切削力、促进切屑排出以及延长刀具使用寿命的实质;基于结构动力学原理,考虑纵-扭复合超声振动对铣削系统动态特性的影响,建立了分离型纵-扭复合超声铣削加工的动力学模型和稳定域的解析模型,在此基础上应用MATLAB 7.1软件进行数值分析获得了切削系统的稳定性预测图谱(即叶瓣图);利用碳纤维复合材料进行分离型纵-扭复合超声振动铣削试验研究,试验结果与数值计算结果基本一致,验证了理论模型与稳定性叶瓣图的正确性。
The motion characteristics of separated longitudinal-torsional composite ultrasonic milling are analyzed based on the kinematics synthesis principle,and the essential characteristics of reducing the cutting force,promoting the chip removing and improving the tool life are elucidated. The dynamic model and the stability region analytical model of the separated longitudinal-torsional composite ultrasonic milling are constructed based on the theory of structural dynamics by considering the effects of longitudinaltorsional composite ultrasonic vibration. On the basis of that,the stability lobe diagram of cutting system is obtained by using the software MATLAB 7. 1. the carbon fiber composite material is used for the experimental study. The experimental results show a good agreement with the numerical results,thus confirming the correctness of theoretical model and stability lobe diagram.
