摘要:齐帕特罗(zilpaterol,ZIL)是β2肾上腺素受体(β2-adrenergic receptors,β2AR)激动剂的一种,被动物食用后,可以明显增加动物的胴体瘦肉率,提高生长速率,减少饲料消耗。经美国、加拿大、巴西、哥伦比亚等15个国家批准用于牛的饲料添加剂,给全世界食品安全带来严重威胁。目前,食品安全检测技术较低是影响我国食品安全现状的重要原因。因此,建立有效、快速、简便、高灵敏度的食品污染物检测方法是当务之急。文章综述了当前针对ZIL残留检测方法研究进展的同时,结合ZIL生物学效应及其残留特性等,指出目前关于ZIL残留检测存在的问题及在检测方面的未来发展方向,旨在为进一步建立高灵敏度的快速检测方法提供科学依据,同时为进一步丰富我国食品安全检测技术体系,提高我国食品安全检测水平和检测速度提供理论基础。
Zilpaterol(ZIL) is a type of beta 2 adrenergic(β2AR) agonist, which can significantly increase carcass leanness, improve growth rates, and reduce the feed consumption. 1 ts use as a food additive for cattle has been approved by the United States of America, Canada, Brazil, Colombia and other 15 countries. Therefore, it poses a serious threat to food safety all over the world. At present, the lower food safety test technique is an important reason to affect the present situation of Chinese food safety. Therefore, it is urgent to establish an effective, rapid, simple and highly sensitive method for the detection of food contaminants. This article reviewed the current research progress on the detection methods of ZIL residue. Combined with the biological effects and residual characteristics of ZIL, the existing problems and the future development direction of the detection of ZIL residue were pointed out. The aim of this study was to provide scientific basis for further establishment of rapid detection method with high sensitivity. At the same time, it provided theoretical basis for further enriching our food safety detection technology system and improving our food safety detection level and detection speed.
