摘要：在供给侧改革和产业结构升级深度融合的经济发展新常态下,将产业结构调整引入新型城镇化发展理论,研究了中国新型城镇化及其影响因素。基于2006~2015年面板数据,构建了新型城镇化复合指标体系,选择空间滞后计量模型,从理论分析和实证研究两个方面研究了产业结构调整对中国新型城镇化的影响效应。研究结果表明:产业结构合理化与产业结构高级化对新型城镇化均有显著正向促进作用。产业结构高级化对新型城镇化的边际效应是产业结构合理化的函数。基于此,提出了区域以产业结构合理化为根基发展产业结构高级化,区域充分利用新型城镇化空间外溢效应,加强区域之间城镇化经验的交流与合作;加大人才引进和人才培养力度,提高金融业服务于工农业的效率,推进多种运输方式协调发展的政策建议。
Under the new normal economic development of supply side reform and industrial structure upgrading,the article introduces the industrial structure adjustment into the new urbanization development theory,and studies the new urbanization in China and its influencing factors. Based on the panel data of 2006 - 2015 years,a new compound index system of urbanization has been constructed.The spatial lag measurement model has been selected. From the two aspects of theoretical analysis and empirical research,the influence of industrial structure adjustment on China＇s new urbanization has been studied. The results show that the rationalization of industrial structure and the advanced industrial structure have a significant positive effect on the new urbanization. The marginal effect of the advanced industrial structure on the new urbanization is the function of the rationalization of the industrial structure. Based on this,we put forward that based on the rationalization of the industrial structure,we should develop the advanced industrial structure,make full use of the spillover effect of new urbanization,and enhance the exchange and cooperation of regional urbanization experience.Strengthening the introduction of talents and training of talents,improving the efficiency of the financial industry in the service of industry and agriculture,and promoting the coordinated development of various modes of transportation.
