摘要：数字化权是数字版权保护法律环境中版权人和邻接权的享有的一种专有权,电子出版物制作中对版权作品的利用受到该权利的制约,对此可以依据拟使用作品的不同版权状态采用不同的数字化权管理方法.
The right of digitalization refers to the specialized right enjoyed by copyright owner and circumjacent right in law circumstances of digital copyright protection. The utilization of E-journal production of copyright works is restricted by the copyright, and varied methods of the right of digitalization that should be used according to different copyright condition of works are probably made.
