摘要:结合转子泵的设计经验,分析了国内外有关挠性叶轮泵的资料,对挠性叶轮泵的设计参数进行了分析,并提出了挠性泵的设计参数的确定方法和原则,指出了各结构参数对挠性叶轮泵性能的影响,通过梅耶博格DS264型多线切割机配套的输送砂浆液的挠性泵的设计验证,证明研究结果的正确性,并可以为挠性叶轮泵的设计提供指导。
Combining with the experience of rotor pump design, the design parameters were analyzed on flexible impeller pump based on analyzing the information of flexible impeller pump both at home and abroad. And the design methods and principles were put forward on parameters of flexible impeller pump. At the same time, the structure parameters were pointed out, which effected on the performance of the flexible impeller pump. By design verification of flexible pump, which was mating with DS264 type of multi-line cutting machine made by Meyer Burger Technology for conveying sand slurry. The correctness of the results were proved ,and it can provide guidance for design of flexible pump production.
