摘要:以一台立式加工中心为对象,研究了该机床模态性能的仿真分析和试验测试方法.建立了机床的有限元模型,重点介绍了结合面的建模方法;试验测量了机床的模态参数,并与仿真结果进行了对比.结果表明:前4阶固有频率的仿真误差最大为14.59%,模态振型仿真结果与试验结果一致.优化了立柱和主轴箱的结构,优化后机床的前4阶固有频率最大提高了5.69%.研究方法对于分析、提高机床的模态性能具有指导意义.
Taking a vertical machining center as the research object, modal characteristics of the machine tool were researched by finite element simulation and experimental method. Finite element model of the machine tool was established, and modeling methods of the joint surfaces were introduced emphatically.Modal parameters of the machine tool were tested, and the simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that, the maximum simulation error of the anterior four-order natural frequencies is 14.59%, and the simulated modal shapes were in agreement with the experimental results. By optimizing structure of the column and spindle box, the maximum increase of the anterior four-order natural frequencies is 5.69%. This paper provides guidance for analyzing and optimizing modal characteristics of the machine tools.
