摘要:以硝酸铁(Fe(NO_3)_3·6H_2O)、硝酸钴(Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O)、硝酸镍(Ni(NO_3)_2·6H_2O)和硝酸镁(Mg(NO_3)_2·6H_2O)作为三元金属催化剂Fe/Co/Ni/MgO前驱物,在400℃下采用柠檬酸络合法制备三元金属催化剂Fe/Co/Ni/MgO。采用催化热解法以乙炔(C_2H_2)为碳源气、氮气(N_2)为保护气、氢气(H_2)为还原气体制备碳纳米管,研究不同温度条件对裂解反应生长碳纳米管的影响,并借助场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)测试手段对碳纳米管的形貌进行表征。实验结果表明:当长碳温度为550℃时,催化剂聚合物团簇分散效果最佳,碳纳米管的产量达到最大,形貌较好。
In this paper, Fe/Co/Ni/Mg O catalysts for carbon nanotubes synthesis were prepared by citric acid complex method at400 ℃. Ferric nitrate(Fe(NO3)3·6H2O), cobalt nitrate(Co(NO3)2·6H2O), n ickel nitrate(Ni(NO3)2·6H2O) and magnesium nitrate(Mg(NO3)2·6H2O) were chose as the catalyst precursor. CNTs were synthesized by catalytic pyrolysis method with acetylene(C2H2)as carbon source, nitrogen(N2) as shielding gas and hydrogen(H2) as reducing gas. At the same time, the effects of different temperature conditions on the production of nanotubes synthesized by cracking reaction were studied. In addition, we have studied the growth characteristics of CNTs by the field emission scanning electron microscopy. The results shows that, catalyst polymer clusters can be perfectly smashed, then production and growth characteristics were maximized when the temperature is 550 ℃.
