摘要：当今中国正处于文化转型期,文化转型影响着当代大学生人生态度、价值观念、个性心理等,这种影响既有负面的,也有积极的,这就给高校学生工作带来了新的挑战,高校工作者必须承认事实、面对现实,适时调整工作思路、创新工作方法,为经济社会培养德、智、能全面发展的高素质建设人才。
At present,China is at the period of the cultural transformation.The cultural transformation has both positive and negative impacts on the college students＇attitudes towards life,values and individual mind,etc.,which has brought new challenges to the students＇management in colleges.Therefore,the educators in universities have to face up to the fact,make adjustments to working train of thought,and invent new methods to work.Under such circumstances can they cultivate the students with all round development of morality,intelligence and physique is emphasized for the economic society.
