摘要:以颚式破碎机的曲柄摇杆机构作为研究对象,用复数矢量法给出机构的封闭矢量方程,利用MATLAB软件求解了曲柄摇杆机构运行时各相关参量的值,并将求解结果以曲线形式直观表现出来,提高了颚式破碎机的运动参数的分析精度,为机构的优化设计提供了理论参考。
This paper mainly takes the crank-rocker mechanism of jaw crusher as the research object and uses the complex vector method to write the closed vector equation of the mechanism, uses MATLAB software to program to solve the changes of various parameters of the crank-rocker mechanism during operation, And the results are shown in the form of curve, animation and so on, so that we can not only have higher accuracy analysis results of the jaw crusher motion law, but also provide theoretical references for the more optimal design.
