摘要:采用液相组装法制备了石蜡插层氧化石墨烯复合相变材料。采用SEM、FT—IR、XRD、TG-DSC等手段分析测试了相变材料的微观结构及热物理性能,考察了氧化石墨烯的加入对石蜡的相变潜热、相变温度等热物性的影响。研究结果表明,经石蜡插层氧化石墨烯能明显地改善复合相变材料的导热性能,石蜡/氧化石墨烯相比于石蜡的相变潜热增加、相变温度有所升高,且储/放热时间比石蜡减少。石蜡质量分数为40%的复合材料的相变温度为62.6℃、相变潜热为179.2J/g。
Paraffin was intercalated in the nanolayers of graphene oxide to prepare phase changing com- posite paraffin/graphene oxide for heat storage by liquid assembly method. The structure and thermal properties of composite material were characterized by SEM, FT-IR, XRD and TG-DSC. Influences of addition of graphene oxide on thermal properties, such as phase change latent heat, temperature, and thermal conductivity of paraffin/graphene oxide were investigated. Results showed that the adding of graphene oxide to paraffin could increase latent heat and phase change temperature slightly. Moreo- ver, tested results of heat storage and release indicated that the time of thermal energy storage and re- lease of the composite decreased respectively, as compared with that of paraffin, and increased ther- mal conductivity. This composite containing 40 % of paraffin had a melting temperature of 62.6℃ and latent heat of 179.2 J/g.
