摘要:Objective: This study researched the characteristic and the relationship between social support, coping style and professional burnout. Method: Questionnaires about social support, coping style and professional burnout were used among 564 secondary school teachers. Result :(1) The secondary school teachers were at good condition of professional burnout, female teachers had an obviously high degree of emotional exhaustion (p<0.01); (2) There are obviously correlative between social support coping style and professional burnout; (3) Social support and coping style obviously predicted the professional burnout (p<0.01). Conclusion: Social support, coping style obviously predicted the professional burnout among secondary school teachers.
