摘要：在党和国家高度重视三农问题的背景下,实现农村剩余劳动力转移成为工业化、现代化与城镇化建设的重要步骤。乡村旅游业作为农村劳动力就地转移的重要方式,在实现劳动力就地转移过程中发挥了重要作用,而旅游民宿业近年来的兴盛更是推动了剩余劳动力的就业,旅游民宿业是如何影响农村剩余劳动力就地转移?对这一问题很多学者进行了探索。然而目前现有研究更多从理论上对这一问题进行阐述。本文从四则农家乐式民宿的案例分析出发,对其中的影响机制和路径进行了深入分析。本文发现,旅游民宿业对农村剩余劳动力转移在行业属性要素、经济收益要素以及择业过程要素三个方面存在推动路径和制约路径两种影响机制。之后,本文对如何提升旅游民宿业的动力作用、降低其阻碍作用进行了讨论。
Under the background that the party and the state attach great importance to the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the realization of rural surplus labor transfer has become an important step in industrialization, modernization and urbanization. As an important way of rural labor transfer, rural tourism has played an important role in realizing the transfer of labor in situation. The recent prosperity of the tourism and lodging industry has promoted the employment of surplus labor. How does the tourism and lodging industry affect the rural surplus labor？ Transfer on the spot？ Many scholars have explored this issue. However, the current research has more theoretically elaborated on this issue. Based on the case study of the four farmhouses, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the impact mechanism and path. This paper finds that the tourism and lodging industry has two kinds of influence mechanisms： the promotion path and the restriction path in the three aspects of industrial attribute elements, economic income elements and career selection process. After that, the paper discusses how to improve the driving force of the tourism and lodging industry and reduce its obstacles.
