摘要：党的十八大以来明确提出了深化高等教育改革的要求,教育的终极目标是要适应社会发展,能够为社会发展提供服务。诸多地方本科院校都在努力发展,在特色办学上取得不俗成绩。但是艺术设计的发展存在很多困难,需要积极转型以期适应社会的发展。
