摘要：高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分对促进社会经济发展和科学技术进步起着重要作用,然而,师资队伍建设的不足却制约了高职教育的更快发展。为了解决高等职业教育师资队伍面临的主要问题,我们要解放思想,树立正确的职业教育观念,走校企联合之路,充分利用社会资源,建设强有力的师资队伍。
As a very important part of higher education, higher vocational education plays an important role in the economy and technology progress in modern society. However, higher vocational education's growth is restricted by the shortage of teachers.In order to resolve this issue, we should be more open-minded, set up new idea, make full use of the community resource by university-enterprise joint way and enhance teacher troop.
