摘要：国家物流枢纽是物流体系的核心基础设施,在全国物流网络中发挥关键作用。通过利用聚类分析法对23个枢纽城市的物流发展现状进行归纳分析,运用熵权法测算相关城市物流业发展水平;在此基础上,构建耦合协调度模型,实证分析了国家枢纽城市物流业和区域经济的协同发展效应,并根据枢纽城市小群体集聚现象开展凝聚子群研究。研究发现:2008-2018年,23个枢纽城市物流业和经济发展存在密切关联,但城市间物流发展水平存在显著差异,只有少数经济发达城市实现物流业与区域经济的相互促进协同发展,多数城市物流业发展仍处于起步阶段,存在物流运行效率低下,严重制约城市经济发展,应当持续加大物流投入,大力发展枢纽经济,加快物流枢纽城市建设,积极推行凝聚子群战略,培育中心枢纽,带动枢纽间加强协同合作,加快形成现代化物流运行体系,实现物流产业和区域经济融合协同发展。
National logistics hub is the core infrastructure of the logistics system and plays a key role in the national logistics network. Current situation of logistics development in 23 hub cities is summarized and analyzed by cluster analysis, the entropy weight method is used to calculate the development level of logistics industry in relevant cities. On this basis, a coupling coordination degree model is constructed to empirically analyze the synergetic development effect of logistics industry and regional economy in national hub cities. The results showed that: From 2008 to 2018, there is a close relationship between logistics industry and economic development in 23 hub cities, but there are significant differences in the level of logistics development among cities. Only a few economically developed cities realize the mutual promotion and coordinated development of logistics industry and regional economy. The development of logistics industry in most cities is still in its infancy, which seriously restricts the economic development of cities and should be sustained Increase logistics investment,great efforts should be made to develop the hub economy, accelerate the construction of logistics hub city, actively carry out strategy of condensing subgroup, breeding centre hub to strengthen the different hubs in collaboration with each other, in order to speeding up the formation of modern logistics operation system, realize the coordinated development of logistics industry and regional economic integration.
