摘要：构建以城市群为主体,实现大中小城市和小城镇人地关系的协调发展是城市体系协调发展的重要目标。结合异速生长方程及空间探索性数据分析方法,采用2006—2016年长三角、珠三角和京津冀三大城市群50个地级及以上城市建成区面积和城区人口数据,对三大城市群人地异速协调性的空间分布现状及空间关联性进行研究。研究发现:三大城市群城市用地扩张程度和人口增长速度整体协调性较弱,基本都以土地显著扩张或土地明显扩张为主;三大城市群人地异速生长的空间集聚态势显著,长三角和珠三角城市群异速生长系数呈现土地显著扩张城市和土地的明显扩张城市的"H-H"集聚分布特征;京津冀城市群异速生长系数呈现土地显著扩张城市和人口的显著增长城市"H-L"集聚分布特征;行政地位特殊的核心城市多存在较低的异速生长系数,属于负异速生长类型。
Based on the allometric growth equation and spatial ESDA method, the spatial distribution status and spatial correlation of the human-land allometric coordination in three metropolitan areas in China were analyzed by using the urban population data of 293 cities in year of 2006-2016. The results show that the spatial correlation of allometric growth coefficient is positive in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta metropolitan areas, and Allometric growth coefficients concentrate in high concentration areas. The main type is land expansion, then is urban population expansion. The spatial correlation of allometric growth coefficient in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area is negative, The high-low agglomeration areas are significant, with land obvious expansion type as the main type and land significant expansion type as the supplement. Urbanization is the result of land urbanization and population urbanization interaction. The coordinated development of human and land is the fundamental and key to realize urbanization.
