摘要：近年来,随着保险公司在产品、营销、服务以及体制等方面的不断创新,保险市场监管暴露出越来越多的问题。只有通过监管目标和理念、法律法规、模式和手段的创新,才能解决问题,促进保险业的不断发展。
In recent years, along with ceaseless innovation of production, marketing, service and system in insurer, a lot of problems were exposed in insurance market intendance. We can settle these problems and advance developing of insurer, by means of innovation in intendance aim and idea, rule of law, mode and means.
