摘要:We consider customers’ strategies behavior in an M/M/1 queuing system with delayed working vacation under two scenarios. In scenario 1, the queue length and the server’s status are fully observable. By analyzing the expected sojourn time of a customer under variable system states, we develop the equilibrium threshold strategies. In scenario 2, the system states are fully unobservable. Using matrix-geometric solution theory, we obtain the expected queue length and the expected sojourn time of a customer, and give the mixed strategies of a customer upon the instant of his (her) arrival. The effects of different parameters on the equilibrium behavior are illustrated further through numerical experiments. ? 2015, ICIC International.
