摘要:双钙钛矿结构氧化物是一种新颖的具有独特物理性质和化学性质的无机非金属材料。作为一种新型多功能材料,在电磁学、光催化以及多铁性等方面极具研究和应用价值。目前,双钙钛矿被广泛用作介电材料、磁性储存传导材料、发光性材料以及光催化材料等等。本论文通过调控反应温度、时间、碱量,利用水热合成法首次成功制备了双钙钛矿SmYNiMnO6,并用XRD、SEM、EDS、XPS等多种手段对其进行了表征。
The perovskite structure oxide is a novel inorganic non-metallic material with unique physical properties and chemical properties.As a new type of multifunctional material,it has great research and application value in electromagnetics,photocatalysis and multiferroic.At present,double perovskites are widely used as dielectric materials,magnetic storage conductive materials,luminescent materials,photocatalytic materials,and the like.In this dissertation,the double perovskite SmYNiMnO6 was successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method by adjusting the reaction temperature,time and alkali content,and it was characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS and XPS.
