摘要:利用计算机分析软件ANSYS建立了薄壁不锈钢管的有限元模型,对不同焊接顺序下不锈钢管的焊接过程进行了数值模拟。结果发现,两种焊接顺序对焊接变形和残余应力影响不大,并得到了可行的三维焊接温度场、应力的动态模拟分析方法,为不锈钢管的焊接结构进行三维焊接温度场、应力的分析提供了理论依据和指导。
This paper used the finite element software ANSYS to create a finite element model of the thin-walled stainless steel tube.And different welding sequence of welding process was simulated.The results show that the two welding sequence has little effect on welding deformation and residual stress.And a viable dynamic simulation analysis method of three-dimensional temperature field,stress field has been obtained.This provides a theoretical basis and guidance for analysis of three-dimensional welding temperature field,stress field welded of stainless steel tube welded structure.
