摘要:针对CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道后浇带的病害问题,提出了基于冲击弹性波的无损检测方法。根据冲击弹性波遇到有局部缺陷、损伤的混凝土结构时弹性波波速会低于健全混凝土波速的特性,通过多测线波速分离法解决弹性波分离问题,将测试得到的弹性波波速通过一系列计算后,得出轨道板后浇带的强度及老化指数,从而检测出后浇带的损伤情况。
Aiming at the defect of post-cast belt of CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track,a nondestructive inspection method based on impact elastic wave was proposed. According to the characteristics that the elastic wave velocity of impact elastic wave would be lower than that of sound concrete,when it met the concrete structure with local defects and damage. The problem of elastic wave separation was solved by multi-line wave velocity separation method. After a series of calculations of the measured elastic wave velocity,the concrete strength and aging index of the post-cast belt of track slab were obtained,so as to inspect the damage of the post-cast strip.
