摘要:金银花作为一种中药,具有很强的保健养生和防疫防病作用,它与内源或外源物质的相互作用是临床医学、生命科学和环境科学等领域的重要研究课题。针对该研究课题,本文采用光谱分析技术,对金银花提取液以及金银花提取液与啤酒相互作用的吸收光谱进行对比研究,探索其在某波段上吸光度的变化规律。研究发现,二者在大部分波段的吸光度十分相似,在330nm处附近的吸光度却有着明显的差别:金银花提取液和啤酒相互作用的样本吸收光谱在330nm处附近的吸光度相较于金银花提取液明显增强,而且峰值位置也产生了一定漂移,致使吸收光谱表现出在吸光度和峰值位置上的差异。所以,本文通过分析金银花提取液以及金银花提取液与啤酒相互作用的样本吸收光谱的特征,为光谱技术应用于金银花新药理作用的研究新增了一种分析方法,为推动光谱分析技术在中草药药理作用研究与新药剂研制开发方面起到了重要的作用。
As a kind of traditional Chinese medicines,honeysuckle has a good effect of keeping health. The action between its endogenous and exogenous substances is of the most important subjects of the Clinical medicine,the Life science and the Environmental Science. In application of spectral analysis technology,this paper makes a research of comparison of two liquid samples to explore the change rule of their absorbance .One sample is the extraction liquid of honeysuckle,and the other is the mixed liquid of extraction liquid of honeysuckle and beer. As a result,the spectrum of the two samples are similar expect the part of 330 nm. The absorbance of mixed liquid of extraction liquid of honeysuckle and beer is obviously higher at the part of 330 nm. This paper not only adds a new analysis method of pharmacological effect of traditional Chinese medicines, but also plays an important role of the application of spectral analysis in the field of traditional Chinese medicines.
