摘要：Yoga has experienced two extreme situations of "apotheosis "and "daemonization", since it was introduced into China, which is completely to the disadvantage of the sustainable development of yoga and people's gaining more acceptance of the ancient culture. Using the methods of literature review and theroretical analysis, the paper researches the yoga. The findings show that: the development of yoga curriculum needs to be treated rationally, understood in a dialectical way, practiced scientifically, and interpreted in a humanistic method.
