摘要：根据2008年7月美国国际教育技术协会发布的面向教师的美国国家教育技术标准的第二版,分析了新标准颁布的背景和主要内容,认为新标准对我国教育技术标准建设、教育技术培训和信息技术课程与教学等方面都有借鉴意义。
In July 2008, the International Society for Technology in Education（ISTE）released the next generation of National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers （NETS. T） at NECC 2008 in San Antonio. The article first discusses the main contents and background of the new standards, then attempts to explore their inspiration to educational technology standards,training and teaching related to the use of technology in China.
