摘要：从年龄和性别的角度分析了高校教师参与休闲体育活动的动机、频率、项目、场所及对职工体育工作的要求。建议:1)高校教职工树立休闲体育的价值观。2)学校领导重视开展教职工休闲体育竞赛活动,改善教师工作环境,加快引进新兴项目,加大对休闲体育设施的投入力度,以促进高校教师休闲体育发展。
According to age and gender analysis of College Teachers＇ participation in leisure sports activity motivation, frequency, items, places and unit worker physical work demands. Suggestions： 1） staff in Colleges and universities to establish the value of leisure sports. 2） the school leadership attaches importance to staff of leisure sports activities, improve the teachers＇ work environment, accelerate the introduction of new projects, increase pair of recreational sports facility investment dynamics, in order to promote the development of leisure sports of College teachers.
