摘要：随着以人为本的科学发展观的不断推进,以人为本日益成为高校教育管理的核心理念。这种高效管理模式能够调动人的主观能动性,实现人的全面发展,并使高校教育管理达到最佳效果。如何实施以人为本的理念,本文认为应该从高校本身、高校管理者、教师、学生四个维度出发,让以人为本的理念深入人心,创新教育管理方式,教育教学中体现以人为本理念,自主管理,自主教育,实现教师和学生的自由全面的发展。
With the deepening of the outlook on scientific development, human-orientation is becoming the core concept of college education management. This efficient management model can motivate people＇s subjective initiative and realize people＇s comprehensive development, so as to make college education management achieve the best effect. To carry out human-orientation concept, this paper holds that we should attempt from the aspects of the college itself, college manager, the teacher and the student. This can make human-orientation concept integrate with various aspects of education and teaching, so as to achieve the overall development of teachers and students.
