摘要：文章的目的在于通过对改革以来我国个人收入分配模式变迁过程的考察,描述我国个人收入分配模式变迁的轨迹。文章认为,由谁分配、如何分配以及这种分配背后体现的分配观念是不同时期分配模式特点的集中表现,分配模式的变迁也主要体现在上述三个方面的变化上。
Since economic reform, income distribution model has changed greatly, and the paper makes a study of it. In the past, governments dominated in income distribution, but now governments, together with enterprises, markets and individuals, participate in income distribution. Before the reform, the basic principle was distributing according to what one has done, while now labor, capital, technology and management can take part in distribution according to their contribution. Giving priority to justice has been replaced by paying equal attention to both efficiency and justice.
