摘要：采用自编的地方高校毕业生就业压力问卷对新乡学院307名毕业生进行调查。结果显示:地方高校毕业生的就业压力源首先来源于就业环境,男女生在就业压力上没有显著差异。就业压力在学历、专业、生源地等方面存在显著差异。
This paper investigates 307 graduates in Xinxiang University by a Questionnaire which is self designed. The result shows: the local university graduates employment pressure source first comes from employment environment. There are not significant differences between male and female on employment pressure;Employment pressure has significant differences in education background, profession and from aspects.
