摘要：本文介绍了美国政府信息资源再利用的主要立法,分析了保障法律执行的措施,探讨了推进信息资源再利用的部分经验,并就发展我国政府信息资源再利用事业提出若干建议。
This article described the main legislation about the use of U.S.government information resources,analyzed the guarantee measure to carry out the laws,discussed the experience to promote the recycling of information resources and put forward some suggestions to develop the undertakings.
